23 июля 2015 года мы заключили с ним договор о предоставлении туристического продукта в виде сафари по рэкам Красного моря на яхте MY South Moon 12-19 сентября с выходом яхты из порта Шарм-эш-Шейх. Вот ссылка http://stars.travel/diving/raspisanie-p ... i_348.html.
Полностью оплатили стоимость путешествия в указанные в договоре сроки. Купили билеты (невозвратные), написали заявления на отпуска, готовили снаряжение и предвкушали классное сафари. Несколько раз обращались к Михаилу с вопросами об аренде снаряжения, он всегда уверял нас что все в порядке и все вопросы будут решены без проблем. Все бы ничего, но билеты мы взяли на день раньше и я решил написать в офис компании-оператора яхты с вопросами:
Hello! Do you expect a group of Russian divers on these dates? What is the trip program? We (2 people) arrive on September 11. Will there be for us the transfer of 12 September? What time? How much will it cost to rent an additional cylinder 12 litres?

Получил ответ: Dear Lugovoy,
until now we have 10 Spanish and 1 Egyptian diver on the trip 12- 19 of September, but Yes, we do expect Russian divers, our agent there just started a "Last Minute" campaign
There are transfers included in the price, so Yes, you can have one on 12 September from any place in Sharm to the jetty. (Or we can also pick you up from the airport on the 11th, if you don't have that covered yet (with an NTS agent INSIDE the airport, helping you with visa and customs...) And then you take a taxi on the 12th...). You just need to tell me, where you are and I organize everything.
The embarkation time on the boat is 18.00 (or you could come later, if you have plans for the evening.... The Spanish divers arrive after midnight, but our crew and the dive guides will be ready to welcome you from 6).
If you need an additional air tank, there will be no charge; if you want it with Nitrox it cost the same as for your main tank (Nitrox is EUR 60 per week, or EUR 6 per tank..)

Из ответа я немного не понял – ждут нас там или нет? Пока собирались звонить Михаилу, пришло вообще повергшее нас в шок письмо:
Sorry, Lugovoy,I made a big mistake when I answered on your mail regarding 12-19 september! I mixed it up with the week later, i.e. 19 - 26.9, where we have a trip with free places. (http://www.seaqueenfleet.com/seaqueen-f ... tember2015).
The week 12 - 19/9 is not booked until now , i.e. we have no trip planned yet.
However, we have several offers running to Russian agents, and we expect one of them will take it. And if they do, the answers still apply, which I send you before.
I.e. if they make a GROUP booking, then there is ONE group transfer included in the price we charge for the Full Charter. If you arrive one day earlier, I can still book an extra transfer for you, but it will not be included in the group price. So you have to check with your agent, how he want to deal with it - if they will pay for you, or you pay it cash to us on arrival. In any case, you will have your individual transfer!

ОПА!! А яхта вообще оказывается никуда не собиралась выходить!!!! Наш товарищ сделал контрольный звонок Михаилу с вопросом о наличии мест на сафари и сроках проведения и т.д. Получил ответ, что места есть - присылайте сканы паспортов. После чего мы сами перезвонили г-ну Логинову, спросили: «Все ли нормально?». На что получили утвердительный ответ и заверения в том, что все идет по плану. Мы попросили прокомментировать сообщение из Египта об отсутствии фрахта яхты. Комментировать отказался – типа я свяжусь с яхтой и вечером перезвоните. Может там опять ошиблись?
Пишем повторно в Египет:
Hello. You wrote me, that the week 12-19/9 isn't booked until now. We сontacted with our agent, Mikhail Loginov, "Albatross " and, as he said, a trip in the wreck of northern part of Red Sea will take place - on the same ship and on the same date, as planned before. Maybe he contacted you before? Would you be so kind to check this information once more? Sincerely, Artem.
И получаем ответ:
Dear Artem, my colleague Irina (who is reading this email CC) does all the communication with Russian agents.
I already forwarded her your mail and asked her to get in contact with Albatross ASAP. I am sure there will be an easy explanation, maybe I made a mistake or somebody else along the way.
I went through all my old mails: Albatross asked in May 2015 for an reservation on that week in September (unconfirmed). But beginning of August they cancelled that and asked whether they could just book individual places instead.
I answered that this is possible as long as they have a certain minimum number, but as I never got any reply on that offer, I never booked it in. So now I am sure that this is just a case of "lost in translation", and they assumed that I have a BOOKING for minimum 8 divers, while I assumed that they are not further interested....
However, as it is the weekend now, I don't expect answer before Monday but I will let you know as soon as I can.
At least I can assure you from now, that the boat is still free for that week, meaning we can and will accommodate the group with pleasure!

Хм…. Значит в мае бронирование планировалось. Потом не подтвердилось. 8 дайверов !
И потом деятельность агентства вышла вот во что:
Dear Artem, a lot has happened since I wrote you in the morning, and unfortunately I must tell you now that the trip 12 - 19/9 is NOT on our South Moon! I.e. it is indeed offered on Albatros' webpage, with our photos, details and route, except that they sell their trip out of Hurghada, while we only operate out of Sharm. We definitely do not have any booking from Albatros Star Travel for that week, nor will we get one.
After having seen the website, Irina called Mikhail Loginov, the owner of Star Travel, and he told her that this trip as been wrongly advertised, he will delete the webpage today. The money he collected for places on this trip will be refunded to the clients.
Деньги Михаил не вернул! Рекламу с сайта не удалил! При разговорах по телефону выдумывал разные сказки про отсутствие денег и тому подобное. В ближайшее время мы идем в полицию для возбуждения уголовного дела в отношении Михаила. Если есть еще пострадавшие от его действий – пишите нам dr_lug@rambler.ru
