Мне собственно всё равно. Я в этом смысле вообще не парюсь. Но с введением электронных виз ситуация изменится координально. Она и сейчас меняется, просто вы не в курсе.
Ничего смешного в этом нет. Попробуйте поработать фриленсером в Америке (на родине ПАДИ), во Франции, в Швеции или Германии... Или спросите у КВАКа, как на Мальте поработать фриленсером...

According to CDWS strategy to eliminate the illegal operations working in the Diving and Water Sports industry
because of:
- Abusing the diving market.
- Encouraging the street vendors.
- Increasing diving accidents.
- And negatively affect the Egyptian Tourism Destination.
CDWS - with cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism, the Governorates of both South Sinai and Red Sea, the
Tourism Police, the Coast Guard offices and the environmental and marine police, took several measures to fight these
illegal operations.
The above mentioned entities formed committees to take legal actions against any illegal operation working in the diving
sector without MOT license, by shutting them down and require fines.
Dear members, it is very important to communicate with your chamber regarding any illegal operations or websites
working in the diving and water sports sector and violate Law # 1 of year 1973 and its amendments, and Law # 85 of
year 1968.
Therefore, CDWS is calling for all diving and water sports operations - which did not renew MOT license for the last
few years - to hurry up and apply for the renewal of MOT license to avoid any troubles mentioned above.
